Five steps — from the contract to calm daily work.
- 01
Contract and consultant
We appoint a certified consultant and file the appointment notice with the state authority if required. The start takes a day.
- 02
The initial audit
Remotely, through a structured form and photos — the consultant sees the real state of your operation. Included in the subscription. An on-site audit is also possible — at a separate price.
- 03
Documents and order
You get a report on what to bring into line. Transport documents and records live on the platform, special instructions and the security plan — by the price list.
- 04
Employee training
Every employee studies online in the academy and takes the tests on their own — without stopping the work. Certificates stay in the account.
- 05
The daily work
Consignments, documents, the annual report and inspection readiness — in one environment with modern tools.

No consignments in a month — no consignment fee.
Consignment volumes in logistics change — one month cargo moves every day, another month there is almost none. Paying for services you do not need in such months is the wrong strategy. That is why we earn when consignments move, and keep the monthly minimum modest. This way ADR requirements are within reach both for a small company with a few vehicles and for a company with a large staff.
- The platform and every tool
- Chapter 1.3 training in the academy
- A certified DGSA
- Appointment notice filed with the authority
A minimum fee and €10 per consignment
The invoice has two parts — a monthly minimum for the consultant and the platform, and €10 for each consignment actually carried.
- 01
The monthly subscription
€50 a month on the ADRplus One tariff — the minimum amount for a month with no consignments.
- 02
€10 per consignment
Counted from the transport documents issued on the platform. At the end of the month you close the record and we confirm the actual volume.
- 03
One invoice per quarter
Three months of subscription and the consignments of those months — one invoice per quarter, no surprises.
A worked example
ADRplus One tariff, one quarter
- Subscription · 3 months × €50
- €150
- Consignments · 20 × €10
- €200
+ VAT.
At the start — a one-time company registration (€100) and a €20 registration per platform user.
Not every company needs an appointed consultant
ADR (section 1.8.3.2) allows an exemption when quantities stay below the 1.1.3.6 thresholds or within limited (LQ) and excepted (EQ) quantities. The duties remain — Chapter 1.3 training, correct packagings, marks and threshold control.
Not sure which regime applies to you? Open the 1.1.3.6 calculator — it shows at once whether your quantities fit the exemption.
A clear one-off set
- Compliance audit with a report€290
- Chapter 1.3 course in the academyCourse is being updated
- Small quantities package — course, LQ instruction, certificatesfrom €250 / company
- An instruction for your cargo, when neededfrom €100
- Labels, placards and marking — in the shop
An example — a farmer carries 1 000 litres of diesel within the 1.1.3.6 exemption. ADR still requires Chapter 1.3 training, a transport document, marking on the container and certified packaging with a valid test date.

Pricing questions
What exactly counts as one consignment?
One transport document. Whatever travels on it — a single UN number or several — is charged once, at €10.
When do the invoices arrive?
Once a quarter, for the three months just ended. Each month you close the record of what actually moved, so the quarterly invoice holds no surprises.
What is included in the subscription?
The subscription bundles a certified DGSA, the appointment notice we prepare and file, and core platform access — the legal essentials are never an add-on.
What do we pay at the start?
Two exact one-time amounts — €100 to register the company and €20 for each platform user, the Chapter 1.3 training course included. Everything else is ordered when needed, at the prices in the service price list on this page.
What does the €20 user registration cover?
Platform access and the Chapter 1.3 training course in the academy for one employee. It is paid once per person — including everyone you add later.
What happens when our company grows?
There is a single subscription, so there is nothing to switch. When your team grows, you register the new employees — €20 each, training included — and the monthly subscription stays the same. An individual scope is agreed with the consultant separately.
Is the DGSA a real person?
Yes. Behind the subscription is a certified DGSA you can reach directly — not a rotating support queue.
What is billed by the hour?
The subscription covers the statutory duties of your consultant — monitoring, the annual report, answers to day-to-day questions. Work you order on top, such as drafting additional instructions or visits to your site, is billed by the hour at the rates in the price list on this page. Hourly work is charged at the rate in force on the day you order it.
Do prices include VAT?
No, prices shown exclude VAT. VAT is calculated at checkout based on your billing country — see the Terms of sale for details.
Does our company need a consultant at all?
If you consign, carry, load or unload dangerous goods — as a rule, yes (ADR 1.8.3.1). An exemption is possible when quantities stay below the 1.1.3.6 thresholds and within LQ and EQ (1.8.3.2) — open the 1.1.3.6 calculator or write to us, we check your regime.
Can we order just the one-off audit, without a subscription?
Yes. The compliance audit with a report costs €290 — remotely, through a structured form and photos. You get an action plan on what to bring into line and decide yourself how to move on.
