Restriction for the carriage of all dangerous goods other than those for which '(-)' is marked in column (15) of Table A of Chapter 3.2, and for all dangerous goods in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 3.4 (limited quantities) if the quantities carried exceed 8 tonnes total gross mass per transport unit. NOTE: for goods assigned to UN 2919 and 3331, tunnel-passage restrictions may instead form part of a special arrangement approved by the competent authority on the basis of 1.7.4.2.
Which cargo is affected
Category E tunnels are the strictest — virtually every dangerous good is restricted, with only a handful of narrow exemptions.

ADR tunnel category E per Stockholm County local traffic regulation 01TFS 2015:55 § 7: 'Kvarnholmsförbindelsen, i Nacka kommun, tillhör kategori E.' Decided 16.12.2015 (dnr 2586-33191-2015), published 21.12.2015, issued under trafikförordningen (1998:1276) and ADR-S section 1.9.5. The tunnel section is the 300 m Ryssbergstunneln (opened June 2016).
