Art. 204.1 of the Ordenanza de Movilidad Sostenible of Madrid (05.10.2018, BOCM 23.10.2018): circulation of ADR orange-plate vehicles 'estará prohibida … en los túneles de la M-30' — unconditional permanent ban in the M-30 tunnels; special municipal authorisations possible under Art. 206 (conditions may include Policía Municipal escort). Art. 181.2 additionally bans all trucks over 7,5 t from the M-30 tunnels. The 2021 amendment did not modify Art. 204. Record represents the tunnel ring collectively; coordinate and length are the Bypass Sur, the longest single tunnel. No ADR tunnel category assigned.
