Andorra is a formal ADR contracting party. The lead national authority for dangerous goods (ADR) matters is Àrea de Transports, Secretaria d'Estat de Transició Energètica, Transports i Mobilitat, Govern d'Andorra. A DGSA must be appointed under ADR 1.8.3.

DGSA exam

No separate DGSA exam body identified in Andorra. The Àrea de Transports ([email protected]) manages the Registre de Consellers de Seguretat. Candidates holding a diploma issued outside Andorra submit it via procedure GV000864 at e-tramits.ad; no Andorran domestic exam found in official sources as of June 2026.
