National ADR application

North Macedonia is a formal ADR contracting party since 1997. The lead national authority for dangerous goods (ADR) matters is Министерство за транспорт и врски. A DGSA must be appointed under ADR 1.8.3.

Transport document language

Macedonian (македонски јазик). For international transport (abroad-bound), the transport document must also be in English, French, Russian, or German (Article 24 of the Law).

DGSA exam

Ministry of Transport of North Macedonia (Министерство за транспорт). Under Article 17 of the Law, the minister forms the examination commission; private training centres (e.g. AMERIT – coa.mk, AMSM) are authorised by the Ministry to deliver training. Exams are held at the Civil Engineering Faculty in Skopje.
