Luxembourg is a formal ADR contracting party since 1970. The lead national authority for dangerous goods (ADR) matters is Département de la mobilité et des transports — Ministère de la Mobilité et des Travaux publics (MMTP). A DGSA must be appointed under ADR 1.8.3.
