Croatia is a formal ADR contracting party since 1992. The lead national authority for dangerous goods (ADR) matters is Ministarstvo mora, prometa i infrastrukture – Uprava za cestovni promet, cestovnu infrastrukturu i inspekciju. A DGSA must be appointed under ADR 1.8.3.
