National ADR application

Finland is a formal ADR contracting party since 1979. The lead national authority for dangerous goods (ADR) matters is Liikenne- ja viestintävirasto Traficom. A DGSA must be appointed under ADR 1.8.3.

ADR driver certificate — authenticity check

Transport document language

Finnish (fi) or Swedish (sv); both are official languages. ADR exam may be taken in Finnish or Swedish.

DGSA exam

Traficom (regulator) mandates the exam; practical exam and certificate issuance conducted by Ajovarma Oy (Traficom's contracted service provider) at ~100 service points nationwide. Exam booking: ajovarma.fi or tel. 075 323 9999. Certificate application fee: €57.
