Sweden is a formal ADR contracting party since 1974. The lead national authority for dangerous goods (ADR) matters is Myndigheten för civilt försvar (MCF). A DGSA must be appointed under ADR 1.8.3.

Transport document language
Swedish is required for domestic (national) transports per ADR-S Bilaga S (S 5.4.1.4); for international ADR transports, Swedish plus a language accepted by each transit/destination country.
DGSA exam
MCF (Myndigheten för civilt försvar, formerly MSB) — administers the säkerhetsrådgivare (DGSA) examination and issues certificates valid for 5 years, covering road (ADR), rail, sea, and air modes.
