Serbia is a formal ADR contracting party since 2001. The lead national authority for dangerous goods (ADR) matters is Ministarstvo građevinarstva, saobraćaja i infrastrukture (MGSI) — Odsek za transport opasne robe. A DGSA must be appointed under ADR 1.8.3.
