Poland is a formal ADR contracting party since 1975. The lead national authority for dangerous goods (ADR) matters is Ministerstwo Infrastruktury. A DGSA must be appointed under ADR 1.8.3.

Transport document language

Polish (pl) — transport documents for domestic carriage must be in Polish; international carriage follows ADR 5.4.1 (language of the country of origin acceptable, with translations required by transit/destination countries).
