Uzbekistan is a formal ADR contracting party since 2020. The lead national authority for dangerous goods (ADR) matters is Министерство транспорта Республики Узбекистан. A DGSA must be appointed under ADR 1.8.3.

No DGSA (Safety Adviser) mandatory appointment regime analogous to ADR Chapter 1.8.3 found in national legislation — the role appears not yet formally transposed into domestic law.
