No DGSA examination body formally designated as of June 2026; Uganda acceded to ADR in August 2022 but domestic DGSA exam/certification framework under the Ministry of Works and Transport is not yet publicly identified. The Transport Regulation and Safety Department of MoWT is the likely designating authority once implemented.
